hi, my friend could go on USWest and other servers, so i believe he got ip banned. I looked at his computer and the only thing close to hack is his banlist. Is there somewhere i can appeal? Ive never seen him hack and we've been friends for a long time.

If he is IP Banned he will be allowed back on in a while. 24-48 hours normally.
